The website www.bebecito.mk (hereinafter: “the website”) is owned by Algina Trade DOOEL Skopje (hereinafter: “the Company”) and serves to conduct e-commerce.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter: “Terms”) define the rights and obligations of users visiting the website, as well as the services and functionalities available to them.
Visitors to the website can be any natural person. To become a user with additional rights, registration is required in accordance with these Terms. For making purchases on the website, users can be registered or unregistered.
Types of Users
Registered User: A person registered on the online store has the right to place orders through the website. Registered users log in using their username and password during the purchasing process. Registration requires providing accurate and truthful personal data such as first name, last name, address, postal code, city, email, and mobile phone. Algina Trade DOOEL Skopje is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the data provided, but guarantees secure and lawful processing of the information.
Unregistered User (Quick Order): Persons who are not registered can place an order via the online store by completing a form with the required personal information (first name, last name, address, postal code, city, email, and mobile phone). Algina Trade DOOEL Skopje is not responsible for the accuracy of these data but treats them confidentially in accordance with legal regulations.
The Company collects and processes personal data necessary for providing services, such as: first and last name, address, postal code, email (username), password, phone contact, communication preferences, user status (natural person), registration date, and other information voluntarily provided by the user.
Registration consists of a username and password, which should not contain personal information. If a user uses their first or last name as a username or password, the Company does not take responsibility for any misuse of this data by third parties.
Once registered, the user can access the website by entering their username and password.
Credit card and bank account data are processed directly via the Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje payment portal, which provides a secure connection. The Company does not have access to card details (number, expiration date, CVV).
Since the website does not collect information about users’ ages, persons under 18 may use the service only with parental or guardian consent, who accepts these Terms.
The right to use a user account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for the security of their password. While we strive to ensure secure use of the website, we are not responsible for potential interruptions or data loss caused by external factors.
We strive to keep the website available 24/7, but due to technical reasons, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, it may be temporarily unavailable. The user acknowledges and accepts this possibility.
Purchasing via the Website
The purchasing process begins by selecting the “ORDER” button and completing the order form. Within one business day, the customer will receive confirmation of product availability, as well as information on price, any discounts, and delivery costs. Placing an order creates a sales contract between the customer and the Company. The Company will take all necessary steps to protect the customer’s rights and ensure their legal entitlements. This does not exclude the possibility of judicial protection.
Copyrights, Trademarks, and Intellectual Property
Any copying, distribution, transmission, or modification of the website materials without written permission from the Company is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
The Company is not responsible if a user or third party violates intellectual property rights while using the website or purchasing products.

Data Retention
By using the online store services, the customer agrees to the terms of data storage and retention. Personal data is stored only as long as it is necessary for processing. Exceptions include cases where we are legally required to retain data, such as for financial or tax audits, where the retention period may be five years or more. Retention may also be extended for our legitimate interests, such as ensuring security and preventing misuse.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Credit card and bank account data are processed via the Komercijalna AD Skopje payment portal. All transactions are conducted over a secure connection, and we do not have access to card details (number, expiration date, CVV code). Bank statement data is used solely for accounting purposes and in accordance with legal obligations. For refunds, we use transaction account information, as well as the name and address obtained from order and return/exchange forms.
Delivery Policy
The customer is required to pay for the order exclusively with a valid payment card on the day the order is placed, in accordance with the instructions provided on the company’s website.
The delivery cost will be displayed during checkout and is paid directly by the customer to the courier upon delivery. If the order contains multiple products or the total value exceeds 4,000 MKD, delivery is free, as indicated in the order confirmation.
The order will be forwarded to the delivery company immediately after confirmation on the website, when the order status changes to “processing.” Once processed and confirmed, it will be handed over to the delivery service. Delivery is carried out within 5 business days. Orders received on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
The delivery company, as an external partner, delivers packages to the address provided by the customer during working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00. You will be contacted by phone or SMS before delivery. If the delivery company cannot reach you after 2–3 attempts, the order will be canceled. An invoice will be included with the delivery.
Delivery is available only within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. For complaints, returns, or exchanges for personal reasons, the Product Return and Exchange Policy applies.
Product Return/Exchange Policy and Refunds
The customer has the right to return or exchange a product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. This right applies within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, except in the case of a complaint due to damage. In such cases, the customer must report visible damages immediately upon receipt.
Conditions for return or exchange:
The product must not have been used.
Its appearance, functions, seals, and factory labels must be preserved.
All documentation provided with the product must be included.
To exercise the right to return or exchange, the customer must send a request via e-mail to contact@bebecito.mk with their details (first name, last name, phone number) and the reason for the return or exchange. Upon receipt of the request, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible.
Complaint for damaged products
A complaint for a damaged product must be made immediately upon receipt from the courier. The customer has the right to inspect the product and, if damage is found, return it immediately to receive a replacement or a refund.
If the damage is not reported immediately upon receipt, the product is considered to be in good condition, and the customer has no right to claim a refund for damage within the 15-day period.
Return procedure
Products being returned or exchanged must be sent via a courier provided by Algina Trade DOOEL Skopje, with return shipping costs borne by the customer. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected for damage, use, or opening. If it is in proper condition, it will be replaced or refunded. If the product has been used, damaged, or opened, no exchange or refund will be processed.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made to the same bank account used for payment.
